On the night of June 23, Ukrainian defenders struck an important facility behind enemy lines – the Atlas Kombinat oil depot in Russia’s Rostov region.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

The operation was carried out by the Special Operations Forces in cooperation with missile forces and artillery. The strike on the Atlas Combine oil depot in the Rostov Region was carried out to reduce the enemy's offensive capabilities.

“The plant is used to provide fuel and lubricants to Russian military units involved in armed aggression against Ukraine in the temporarily occupied territories of Luhansk and Donetsk regions,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported.
