The head of the Center for Military Legal Research Alexander Musienko announced this on the air of Channel 24.

“Here they faced the fact that Ukraine began to respond, and they began to lose planes and pilots,” the expert added.
Education in Belarus
Alexander Musienko recalled that almost all summer in Belarus, exercises of Russian military pilots are being carried out, practicing various kinds of tasks. This means that they are trying to train pilots at an accelerated pace, because there are problems in this area.
