In 2019, Russia dared to file an appeal

In 2019, Russia resumed its participation in the proceedings and applied to the Court of Appeal in The Hague in the Netherlands, requesting that such awards be reviewed or set aside. However, on July 19, 2022, the Court of Appeal rejected Russia's claims in full on appeal. render a decision by the arbitral tribunal. The final hearing is due to begin on October 10, 2022, Privatbank said.
