Deputy Prime Minister — Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov announced the appearance of an improved version of the Magura maritime attack drones, which sank the Russian missile boat “Ivanovets”.
The head of the Ministry of Digital Development spoke about this in an interview with journalist Ilya Kabachinsky.
According to him, there are several other companies that produce similar drones. This is, for example, SeaBaby, with which the Security Service of Ukraine works. These unmanned boats are also constantly being improved. The minister sees healthy competition in the market for such drones, which is a positive thing.

The Magura unmanned boat has a payload of more than 300 kg.
— “We can’t show it, but there is a boat here that is a specific platform, and that is being prepared for new uses with new surprises,” he said.
Ukraine has already created a whole flotilla of naval drones, so Russian ships cannot feel at ease in the Black Sea.
Mikhail Fedorov also noted that this year Ukraine will make a technological leap and there will be even more sea drones.
Recall that on February 1, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense reported that the missile boat “Ivanovets” The Russian Black Sea Fleet was sunk during a special operation. Scouts released a video of the ship being attacked by sea drones.
The cost of one such boat for Russians is about $60-70 million.
Note that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Ukraine has disabled about 33% of the warships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.
