The enemy planned to use these videos for information operations that were supposed to spread fakes about the alleged presence of an anti-Ukrainian underground in the Kirovograd region.

The SBU officers managed to detain the attacker almost immediately (within 24 hours) after the crime was committed.
According to the investigation, the next task of the defendant was to set fire to the building of the local shopping center using a Molotov cocktail. The Russians promised to pay her for this — the amount depended on the scale of the fire.
The attacker turned out to be a 28-year-old resident of Alexandria. Russians paid attention to her early this summer because of her activity in Telegram channels, where she was looking for easy money.
The attacker’s phone with evidence of the crime was confiscated, as well as the components of a homemade incendiary mixture and the clothes in which she set fire to the National Guard car.
The attacker is now in custody. She was informed of suspicion under Part 1 of Art. 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations).
In addition, the issue of additional qualification of her criminal actions under Part 2 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (high treason committed under martial law).
The woman faces life imprisonment.
