From the evening of August 5 until the morning of August 6, the Khmelnytsky region withstood three waves of massive attacks.

In total, over several waves of attacks, the Russians launched 70 air attack weapons.
Ukrainian sky defenders are known to have destroyed 57, namely:
- 13 of 20 X-101/X-555 cruise missiles,
- 17 of 20 Calibers,
- all 27 Shahed-136/131 kamikaze drones.
How many of the three Kh-47M Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, in particular those flying in the direction of the Khmelnytsky region, were eliminated, Air Force will not be made public.
