Drones flew to Moscow/Collage 24 Channel

At dawn on July 11, the occupiers announced that drones were flying towards Moscow. Powerful explosions were heard in the Moscow region, and after that a column of smoke rose into the sky.

Russian telegram channels write about this. The mayor of the Russian capital, Sergei Sobyanin, also confirmed the drone attack, reports Channel 24.

An alarming morning for the Moscow region

Russians complain online that around 04:50 there were explosions in the Moscow region. After this, a column of smoke was seen in the sky. Subsequently, the network clarified that the explosions were heard about 60 kilometers from Moscow – in the Stupino district.

Local residents claim that they heard at least 2 explosions. They were very powerful, because the windows of houses shook, and the alarms of cars parked on the street went off.

The drone attack was also confirmed by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin. He claims that the drones tried to attack the Russian capital, but the Pe-ve-o forces allegedly shot down the UAV. Traditionally, no casualties or damage were reported.

Russians online are also sharing footage of smoke after the explosions. So, a male voice-over is happy that something was shot down, because this means that “something is working and there is something in the area.”

Explosions were heard in the Bryansk region. They claim that one drone was allegedly shot down.

In general, the Russian Ministry of Defense claims that at dawn 5 drones were shot down – two over the Bryansk region and one each over the Tambov, Tula and Moscow regions.
