With him, he also discussed the “high level of alcoholism in the population”.Like, it is very important to pay attention to this. It is interesting that these two regions,according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, have no problems with alcohol abuse. So neither the locals nor the governors themselves understand the relevant instructions from the dictator. It is possible that, compared to other regions, they simply drink less in these regions.
