The head of the regional state administration, Alexander Prokudin, noted that power engineers are working in an enhanced mode to restore damaged power grids as quickly as possible, but it is still unknown when the power will be restored.
According to him, over the past 24 hours the enemy deliberately targeted social infrastructure and residential areas, which resulted in damage to gas pipelines, outbuildings, garages and cars, 7 multi-story buildings and 5 private residential buildings.
The situation in the region remains tense, so authorities have called on residents to prepare for a long period of power outage.
