We submit all these proposals to the Ministry of Defense, where they then decide how to meet these needs, — noted Zaluzhny.

— I believe that today operating with a degree of disability of 1-3 groups is not currently relevant. Because it is not the disability that a person has that determines suitability for military service, but the Military Military Commission, which determines whether a person is fit for military service or not, — explained the commander-in-chief.

Delay from mobilization
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that he needed people to join the army and be able to carry out assigned tasks, and the issue of delays from mobilization was not within his competence.
— Who will have what deferment or not, who will be called up — Today, I believe that this is not my competence. For this purpose, there is a central executive body that can determine this.
