Possible death of Gerasimov in Crimea: what they say in the Main Intelligence Directorate and the SBU

The Ukrainian side cannot confirm or deny information that the head of the Russian General Staff Valery Gerasimov could have died during a large-scale attack on temporarily occupied Crimea on January 4.

In particular, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, succinctly noted that he has no confirmation of this information.

In a comment to ICTV Facts, representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine responded that they also do not yet have confirmation of information about the possible death of the Russian military leader Gerasimov.
