Explosions in Poltava thundered on the evening of September 7 at about 22:45 after the air raid alarm was announced.
A few minutes before, the Ukrainian Air Force warned that Russian occupiers had launched a high-speed target through the Kharkiv region.
The head of the Poltava OVA, Filipp Pronin, called on residents of the region to remain until the air raid alarm was over.
