The President of Poland lost part of his middle finger: Duda explained what happened Yaroslav Pogonchuk

Polish President Andrzej Duda has injured his right hand. He has lost the tip of his middle finger.

Reports 24 Kanal with reference to RMF FM. It is known that the Polish president lost part of his finger “in his personal time.”

How Duda lost part of his finger

The Secretary of State of the Chancellery of the President of Poland, Wojciech Kolarski, said that Duda injured his right hand “in his personal time,” and not while performing his duties as head of state.

A minor operation was needed, Kolarski said.

However, Duda's representative did not disclose the details of the injury and noted that “it happened in his personal time, while doing household chores.”

Note that in early October, Duda appeared on public with a bandage on two fingers of his right hand. Since then, Polish media have noted that the president's middle finger on his right hand is swollen and appears shorter than the others.

In particular, some publications reported that Duda could have been injured during renovations in his new apartment, since it is known that the president likes to do such work himself.
