This rally started at 10 am. As the organizers note, up to a thousand participants were expected to take part. The farmers' plans were to walk from the headquarters of the European Commission on Vidocq Street to the voivodeship and marshal offices, where several hundred tractors had been parked since the morning.

As Arkadiusz Filipowski from the press service of the Wroclaw City Hall said before noon, “a few minutes after the start, the organizer of the action made a decision, to which he has every right, to disband it.” He announced this to the protesters through a megaphone.

It is known that after 14:00, most of the farmers who participated in this protest left the center of Wroclaw. It was also reported that the blockade of Jan III Sobieski Avenue, which had lasted since Friday, February 9, had ended.

The Wroclaw City Hall reported that the rally on Thursday 15 February about 2 thousand participants took part. Their goal is to oppose the Green Deal and restrictions on animal trade. Farmers also demanded to limit trade with Ukraine.

The President of the Lower Silesian Chamber of Agriculture of Wrocław County, Waldemar Mazurek, noted that the organizers dispersed the demonstration due to violations, which were not must happen.

Mazurek noted that the organizer made a very correct decision when he dispersed the demonstration. He noted that “certain agreements had slipped through the cracks” and that things should have looked different.

He emphasized that “aggression never solves problems.” Note that during the demonstration the “Solidarity with Ukraine” banner was also destroyed.
