The National Police detained a thief in law/Channel 24
Employees of the National Police of Ukraine detained a representative of the criminals, who was included in the NSDC sanctions list. Read on for the first details.
The Department of Strategic Investigations of the National Police reported that they continue to work against representatives of the “underworld” who have ties with the aggressor country – Russia. Accordingly, they can cooperate with the enemy.
The National Police detained the thief in law
As part of such measures, the National Police established the location of the so-called ” thief in law” and two crime bosses from his entourage. The detainee is known under the nickname “Vitya Pan”. He was caught on April 29.
Vitya Pan was on the international wanted list for organizing a criminal group in Russia. Law enforcement officers are also looking for his accomplices, but because of the kidnapping.
One of the thief in law's comrades is the so-called “caretaker” of the Kursk region and his confidant. It is important to add that they all work closely with representatives of the criminal world of Russia, which attacked Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Now they are solving the issues of detaining these persons, representatives of the criminal world, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
