The peace plan of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky contains military and diplomatic coercion of the Russian Federation to peace, as well as political and economic components.
This was stated by the adviser to the head of the Office of the President Mykhailo Podolyak on the air of the national telethon Edini Novyny.
What does Zelensky's peace plan contain
— Four key areas, which are spelled out in detail with additions, where there are corresponding figures. This is the military coercion of the Russian Federation: this means, taking into account the experience of the war in the Kursk and Donetsk regions, how much weapons are needed, how quickly they should be on the battlefield, what investments are needed in the military-industrial complex of Ukraine in order to increase its own production of long-range capabilities, — said Mikhail Podolyak.
According to him, we are talking about a significant increase in the war on the territory of Russia and the elimination of all restrictions that prevent systemic strikes deep into the aggressor country.

The second component of the peace plan is the political direction. It is necessary to once again fix the key positions, for example, if Ukraine wants to be a member of some collective security alliance.
— Ukraine has a full sovereign right to do this, realizing its subjectivity. No Russian Federation can say whether you will be a member of this or that alliance, — he explained.
The third economic component of the peace plan is bilateral. We are talking about investments in Ukraine and our production, in order to understand what funds and licenses we can count on.
At the same time, we need to remove Russia from global markets so that the aggressor country does not have the opportunity to continue financing this war in its current volume, Mikhail Podolyak emphasized.
The fourth component is diplomatic coercion Russia to peace, explained the adviser to the head of the Presidential Office.
— Ukraine's plan is based on a factual analysis of what is happening on the front line, in the Kursk region on the territory of the Russian Federation. There is an analysis of how effective weapons can be used if they are in the appropriate quantities, how this will affect the situation on the front line and social sentiment in the Russian Federation. The plan is based on the logic of the moment, — he emphasized.
Does the plan provide for freezing the war
According to Mykhailo Podolyak, the plan for Ukraine's victory does not provide for freezing the war.
— Ukraine clearly understands what kind of war this is and explains what consequences it may lead to. Any freezing of the conflict will preserve the political regime in the Russian Federation, — he believes.
The plan for Ukraine's victory will be discussed in detail after the meeting of President Volodymyr Zelensky with US President Joe Biden, as well as candidates in the upcoming elections Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.
