Russian neo-Nazi Alexey Milchakov told how the occupiers committed war crimes against Ukrainian prisoners of war. One of the cases was the cutting off of the hand of a prisoner who had a Glory to Ukraine tattoo.
Milchakov said that the occupiers cut off the prisoner of war’s hand with the Glory to Ukraine tattoo and marinated it in a jar as a souvenir.
— In 2014 there was a situation: Novosvetlovka was taken (captured, — Ed. ). He had a tattoo of Glory to Ukraine on his arm. They cut off his hand and wanted to marinate this tattoo in a jar, and they rode him on a tank,” said the neo-Nazi.
According to Milchakov, he advised the Russian war criminals to kill the Ukrainian defender or take him to the hospital. Then the prisoner of war was allegedly taken to the hospital, and then Ukraine managed to exchange him.
