Andryushchenko recalled that the so-called “tribunal” is being prepared by pro-Russian militants from Donetsk… He suggested that in this way the invaders are going to put pressure on the Ukrainian authorities.
In the so-called “DPR” there is an “official” death penalty. We have a hypothesis that they (the occupiers – Channel 24) hope to encourage the Ukrainian side to be more loyal to some kind of negotiations, – said the adviser to the mayor of Mariupol.
