Based on the materials of the State Bureau of Investigation, NAPC officers handed over to People's Deputy Alexander Dubinsky a protocol on an administrative offense related to corruption.
The bureau's press service reported this on its official website on social networks.
Investigators found that in August and October 2023, the deputy, exercising his powers, contacted the Ministry of Health of Ukraine and the State Bureau of Investigation out of his own interests.

In his appeals, the people's deputy was interested in considering the issue of issuing him permission to travel abroad, which is the subject of a criminal case in which the deputy is a defendant.
He also tried to put pressure on the investigation, demanding to carry out checks on the leadership of law enforcement agencies investigating criminal proceedings in which the deputy acts as a suspect.
The evidence received from the SBI became sufficient for the NACP to draw up a protocol on administrative offenses related to corruption.
By his actions, the people's deputy violated the requirements of clause 3, part 1, art. 28 of the Law of Ukraine On the Prevention of Corruption (not to make or make decisions in conditions of a real conflict of interest), for which Part 2 of Art. 172-7 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses (Violation of requirements for the prevention and resolution of conflicts of interest).
Let us remind you that on November 6, Dubinsky was chosen as a preventive measure in the form of round-the-clock house arrest and wearing an electronic bracelet. He is a suspect in a scheme to illegally cross the border for men.
