Earlier, Gaidai noticed that a shell flew into the building where 11 people were hiding. They were in the basement, so there are chances that someone managed to survive. However, today he said that the people hiding in the basement in Shipilovo stopped communicating. Therefore, most likely, they did not manage to survive.
According to him, a rescue team immediately left for the impact site. However, it is completely impossible to disassemble the rubble.
Fire brigades carried out a rescue operation as long as the security situation allowed, – said the head of the Luhansk region Serhiy Gaidai.
However, the Russians practically do not stop the fire on the peaceful dwellings of our residents . Therefore, it is impossible to completely dismantle the rubble either in Belogorivka or in Shipilovo.
Gaidai on the situation in the Lugansk region

Air defense units shot down three Orlan-10 unmanned aerial vehicles.
