< p > but already in Kupyansk, when we moved to the other side of the river, there the enemy has already become stronger to keep our positions, and there we are already pretty, let’s say, fought. < p >Then a little in the Novoselovsky area reached the Lugansk region. Then we were transferred to the Donbass. And there, already approximately at the end of 2023, I was invited to the Krasnograd RTSK. So I got into the TCC system
< p >< strong > – were there many volunteers then in your battalion ?~ 60 > 62 > 62 ~ < p > – oh, we can say that then everyone was volunteers. When there were difficult moments when heavy losses began, I personally talked with the guys, with the fighters, with the commanders of my mouth, platoons, set them up for certain actions, the most important question was: “ guys, someone forcibly sent ~ 63 ” Everyone said: “ no, we came ourselves ”. And this helped set the task, because people were motivated and went forward themselves.
< p >< strong > – and now you, as the head of the TCC, what can you say ? are there a lot of volunteers ? 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 ~ < p >– The question about volunteers is complex. I think that they become volunteers more there, in the army.
< p > if they ask them, they themselves came or their TCC brought here, they will say that they came themselves. But it turns out that for some reason people are afraid to go to TCC. Although here we are fruitfully interacting with brigades, representatives of recruiting centers, brigades, and other military units. And then the person says: “ Wow, but what happens ? we were told that they just beat, break and throw in the war where the meat is already ”.

Some guys come, others either go back to the army or quit due to disability.
< p >A total of about 80% of TCC military personnel have combat experience, replenish us from combat brigades. The guys get here without hands and without legs, acquire the status of disability, some quit. Some, on the contrary, are healed, help us in groups of warning.
< p > significant percentage is returned back. Maybe not in brigades (assault or mechanized), but replenish the ranks of unmanned troops, military units, military units of the air defense.
< p > and the military with disabilities is probably about 20%, those who have remained and want to help the army, help Ukraine, do something so that we win.
< p >< strong > – a year ago we filmed the plot when you still worked in the Krasnograd RTSC, and then in the warning groups there really were military with combat experience and disability. ~ 60 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 < p >– Yes, I even remember the name of one of them – Nazarenko. A guy without a hand. When I came, he already served there. Participated in the warning group. He went several times, then came to me and said: “ commander, I can not go there ? people swear, call, very unpleasant ”. But I told him why I am doing this – they don’t even open their mouths.
< p > and he says: “ indeed, the guys say that when I am in the group, less swearing, people on the street are silent, less filming are engaged in ”. But then he asked to transfer to the brigade. I handed over with one hand to the drones, transferred back to the combat brigade, and we already have this guy in the TCC.
< p > were wounded, without legs, on prostheses. They were also attracted, but it is very difficult for them to walk. They cannot, do not withstand, prostheses break when they go constantly.
< p >But the guys are ready to help because they were in war. They know that people are needed there, they need help and they work on the streets, despite all the insults and hints that they did not fight.

< p > then it became more wounded, and the command decided to send those who serve and were called to the TCC to the army, and transfer the wounded guys to the TCC. I'll tell you that. At the end of 2023, when I came to the Krasnograd RTSC, he personally ordered each company commander to bring personal affairs and put a certificate from the VVK on top. All 100% at that time were already limitedly suitable. Maybe not everyone went through the war, but certainly everyone was limitedly suitable.
< p >< strong >– Recently, the number of conflict situations associated with TCC has increased. In your opinion, why this is ?
< p > – conflicts during the warning occur very often, since individual civilian refuse to comply with the legal requirements of the police, representatives of the TCC. Instead, they show aggression, provoke conflicts.
< p > I think this, let’s say, and thanks to the media that spread such narratives that the TCC is a continuous evil, and if you get into the TCC, then some bad things happen to you. And very often these narratives first distribute Russian channels, and then pick up
< p >< strong > – tell us about the story with the beating of the Kharkov teacher Yuri Fedya. The social networks flew around how on May 11, during the verification of documents, the TCC employee struck him two blows. How and why this happened ? as you think, whether the employee of the TCC ? 60 ~/Strong >
< p > – we found out this situation. I personally believe that our soldier was wrong and exceeded his authority. As for the circumstances, we heard the explanations of our employees. As it became known, at first there were two defendants who refused to provide documents and resorted to insults. One of them even escaped. And the second did not run away. And only after our employee could not restrain himself, he showed the documents in confirmation that he is a teacher and has a reservation. But this does not justify the actions of our soldier.
< p >< strong > – police qualified the actions of the TCC employee as hooliganism, there will be a court. Where is this employee now, what is his fate ?
< p >– There were a lot of events. Based on the results of an official investigation, a disciplinary sanction was applied to it, personnel decisions were made.< p > this soldier is transferred to a military unit, which now performs a combat mission in one of the directions, despite the fact that he has a disability of the third group.
< p >< strong > – he has combat experience ? if so, where and when he got it, when he joined the army ? 60 ~/p > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 > 62 ~ 62 < p > – I have no right to tell a lot, but this soldier was really drafted into the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine back in 2022, performed tasks as part of one of the units in Izyum, Avdeevsky directions. There he was wounding a fighting. After three months of treatment in the hospital, he was transferred to the TCC.

< p >< strong >-And to those employees of the TCC who witnessed the use of force, some disciplinary punishments are used ?62 > 62 > < p > – in my opinion, they were also not right, because it was necessary to stop their comrade. But I was not there, I didn’t hear, perhaps there really were some insults.
< p >< strong > – what did the TCC officers say about the insults who sounded ?
< p > – I was not there, but I will not retell. I do not justify the actions of our military. But society should understand that our notification groups are constantly under extremely negative impact.
< p >They go to patrol in such an emotional state, go into negativity. They have an order that must be executed: pass, notify, check the documents. And they are already configured for insults and some unpleasant communication. And, unfortunately, not everyone can withstand this. Especially those who were really in the war zone saw much more than those who shout to them, that you were not anywhere and nobody at all. < strong >-tell us about the death of a 39-year-old cyclist Alexei on the territory of one of the district TCCs. The police qualified his death as suicide, but the relatives and friends of the man do not believe in it.
< p > < strong > Alexey himself in a group of cyclists previously wrote that after a previous visit to TCC he was promised to take revenge, because during a skirmish with an employee he responded a response. Alexei wrote that he categorically refuses to fight, and which is better at all “ bullet in the forehead ”. What do you know about the death of Alexei ? < p >-I can confirm that this person was wanted due to the failure to appear on the agenda written in the TCC, where he was registered. Then the police stopped the man on the street to check the documents.< p > when it turned out that he was on the wanted list, he was taken to the nearest TCC. There he was given a summons, a referral to the VVK. He left and did not return.
< p > Then the man was stopped for the third time on Kharkov Street. He did not have documents with him, but he refused to give any explanations.
< p > to find out the circumstances, he voluntarily went to the TCC. I emphasize that voluntarily, they reported to me.
< p > while there they found out who he was (he was a non -aggressive person, behaved politely, everything was fine), he, let’s say, euthanized the vigilance of our employees and committed suicide.
< p >Why do I say that suicide is ? because such a version of the investigation was and is. The first thing we asked the investigators if there are any violent moments ? no, only from the blow and all.

But I told you that a person behaved politely. And I was in the place where he jumped out. There is a regular toilet nearby, where people climb the stairs. < p > – what to do with TCC, decide the country's leadership. We act in accordance with the tasks for us – the mobilization and draft of military service for military service under the contract. our capabilities are determined by law. In order for us to work within the framework of the current legislation, mobile groups are created, which include the National Police, sometimes even representatives of the SBU (so that everything is within the framework of the current legislation). There is a task, and mobilization should occur.< p > regarding the form I can say only one thing. I already told you how many military personnel came to the TCC from the front. For these guys will be an insult if they are developed some individual form.
< p > I believe that they did not deserve it. They did a lot for their country not to be given some separate form and indicate: “ see, this is a TCCSHNIK ”. They are the same defenders of their country as those who are now in the trenches and on the contact line. and I would like to add that I grew up in the Kharkov region, I studied in Kharkov, so I really love our region. And I believe that a real Kharkov citizen must protect his land, and not hide from mobilization.
