Ukrainian Kherson is temporarily occupied by Russian troops. People are leaving the city, it is emptying.

Mayor Igor Kolykhaev said that they were going to the occupied Crimea or Melitopol. They also go to Ukrainian Nikolaev, channel 24 reports.
