Of course, only professionals cannot fight now, because there is no necessary number of such people. And as part of the “Offensive Guard” it will be possible to form an additional number of well-trained military men who will help at the front.

I think that the decision to create the “Offensive Guard” was dictated by the fact that there is a certain school, experience. This experience should be used. People are given the opportunity to learn,” Okhotin noted.

It will help create combat-ready units

As Okhotin noted, not only experienced military men are recruited into new units, but also highly motivated volunteers. This combination will allow you to create many combat-ready units.

From my own experience, when a leader at the level of a squad leader and above has combat experience, this usually has a very positive effect on the combat qualities of a unit. For a person understands what threats can be, what food supplies need to be made, etc. Okhotin emphasized.

It is obvious that the Russian occupiers will try to discredit the Offensive Guard as much as possible, as they tried to do, for example, with the Troop. However, there is no need to get carried away.

Ukraine is forming the “Offensive Guard”: what is known

• The “Offensive Guard” will include 8 assault brigades. They will exclusively deal with the de-occupation of territories.
• The basis of these units will be formed by military and police officers who have extensive combat experience and have already proven themselves on the front line.
• The National Guard of Ukraine invites you to “Burevoy”, ” Red viburnum”, “Kara-Dag”, “Frontier”, “Spartan” and the legendary “Azov”. The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine is waiting for new fighters in the Steel Border brigade, and the National Police of Ukraine is waiting for the Lyut assault brigade.
