The enemy's bloody terrorist attack claimed 25 lives
Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets said that as a result of the attack on Chaplin, 25 people died, including two children – 6 and 11 years old. Lubinets stressed that this is yet another war crime on the part of Russia, “after all, the housing sector and the railway station became the occupier’s target.”
He noted that Russia needs to be put under pressure because of all possible sanctions, because the Putin regime commits war crimes. Lubinets added that Russia is a terrorist country “and the entire civilized world must recognize this and legally consolidate it.”

- The independence of Ukraine was attacked twice by Chaplino. First, approximately at 15:00, Russian infidels destroyed a private house, under the rubble of which were a woman and 2 children. Unfortunately, the 11-year-old boy died.
- During the second attack, the infidels hit passenger cars at the Chaplino station. President Volodymyr Zelensky was the first to report the terrorist attack by Russia during a meeting of the UN Security Council.
- Three children are in serious condition after the rocket attack. The invaders hit Chaplin with Tornadoes, S-300s and Iskanders.
