A passenger bus was involved in a traffic accident in Dnipropetrovsk region. One person died, 17 more were injured . Investigators are working at the scene.
Accident with a bus in Dnepropetrovsk region
As reported by the National Police, on Monday morning, July 7, at about 5:00 a.m. on the highway in the Petrikovsky district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, a serious accident occurred with a VAN HOOL passenger bus.
According to preliminary information, the driver was unable to maintain control, causing the bus to skid off the road and overturn.

As a result of the accident, one person died, another 17 passengers received injuries of varying severity. All victims were taken to hospitals for medical assistance.
The police are working at the scene. Investigators have already opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of traffic rules that resulted in death and injuries).
Law enforcement officers are investigating all the circumstances of the tragedy.
