Shevchenkovsky court ruled on the dissemination of false information against Palchevsky/Channel 5
Recognize as unreliable and humiliating the dignity and business reputation of Andriy Palchevsky the information disseminated by Dmitry Gordon in the program “Golovanov's Time” on the official YouTube channel “Ukraine 24”.
Such the decision was made by the Shevchenkovsky Court of Kyiv on June 14, 2022.
Novinnaya Gruppa Ukrainy LLC is obliged to refute this information and post the court decision on the official YouTube channel “Ukraine 24” within 15 days from the date the court decision enters into force, – the decision of the Shevchenko court says.
Recall, journalist Dmitry Gordon, on the air of Ukraine 24, said that Andriy Palchevsky is or was a Russian citizen, that he allegedly spreads pro-Russian narratives, and is also a former Soviet GRU officer and Soviet intelligence officer.
We will add that in December 2021 year, the court also recognized unreliable information about the Russian citizenship of Palchevsky. Then, material compensation in the amount of UAH 1,816 was recovered from Butusov and Gordon in favor of Palchevsky.
