The Parliamentary Assembly of Europe may recognize the Russian regime as terrorist. The corresponding document will be considered already at the meeting on October 13.
The proposal to recognize Russia as a terrorist regime is contained in the document “Further escalation of Russia's aggression against Ukraine.” The trial will take place in Strasbourg, where the PACE autumn session is currently taking place.
European politicians also plan to approve a resolution on Russia's actions. A number of amendments were made to the bill.

One of the amendments proposes to provide a system of responsibility for serious violations of international law caused by Russia against Ukraine. It is in this context that PACE wants to declare Russia a terrorist regime.

Russia plans to portray Ukraine as a terrorist
Analysts at the American Institute for the Study of War said that the Kremlin wants to organize “attacks on Russia” to blame Ukraine for them. Moscow's goal is to create the prerequisites for countering its recognition as a terrorist state. The Kremlin is impudently preparing such a role for Ukraine.
Russia has already stated that the FSB detained Ukrainian citizens who “prepared terrorist attacks in the Sverdlovsk, Moscow and Bryansk regions” for October 12. In addition, the infidels need prerequisites for further massive missile strikes against Ukraine.
