Since the fall of Bashar al-Assad's regime, more than 115,000 citizens who previously lived in different countries have returned to Syria.
This information was provided by the UN Refugee Agency, based on public statements from host countries, contacts with Syrian immigration services and border monitoring.

While Jordan reported that more than 22,000 people entered Syria through its border, of whom more than 3,000 were registered as refugees.
