Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky called on Western states to increase military assistance to Ukraine.
He said this in his speech at the Munich Security Conference on Saturday, February 17, emphasizing that Kiev has already proven its ability to defeat the Russian Federation on the battlefield.
