Oreshnik Rocket Debris Reveals Putin's Lie About Russia's Latest Developments

by alex

Russian dictator Putin misled the world by calling the Oreshnik missile a cutting-edge development. The results of the analysis of the debris showed that its components date back to 2017.

This was reported by the Defense Express Information and Consulting Company.

Oreshnik is not a new development, but an old assembly from a warehouse

An examination of the debris of the Oreshnik ballistic missile used by Russia during the attack on the Dnieper on November 21 showed that its components were manufactured back in 2017.

Photos with a serial number and production date confirm that the missile was assembled in 2017-2018, after which it was stored for a long time in warehouse.

Oreshnik is probably a rebranding of the RS-26 Rubezh missile, the serial production of which was planned from 2017. However, already in 2018, deliveries of this missile were allegedly canceled.

The study also revealed an index on the control system – EFIT 302811.002, which is associated with the Russian NPTsAP (Roscosmos Rocket and Space Enterprise).

This fact indicates that ready-made elements from other missile systems, such as Yars or Topol, could have been used to create Oreshnik.

The results of the analysis of the debris once again prove Russia's violation of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty.

The Kremlin was actively working on such systems even before the official withdrawal from the agreement, using components created long before the start of serial production production.

Recall that Russia first used the newest Oreshnik ballistic missile during a strike on Ukrainian territory on the morning of November 21.
