Military counterintelligence and Security Service investigators, with the assistance of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Commander of the Special Operations Forces, detained the “de-preserved” agent of the Russian military intelligence (better known as the GRU).

The perpetrator turned out to be a lieutenant colonel, commander of one of the units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who was recruited by the occupiers even before the start of the full-scale war.
The latter was supposed to pass on intelligence to the Russians about sabotage and reconnaissance raids by Ukrainian special forces behind the front line in the Zaporizhzhya, Kherson and Crimean directions.
