On the occupied left bank of the Kherson region, the Russians are using tactics to jam mobile communications to the population.
This was reported by Yuriy Sobolevsky, first deputy chairman of the Kherson Regional Council.
According to reports from locals on the eastern bank, in recent weeks the occupation authorities have been turning off mobile communications during inspections. At the same time, the occupiers shut down the entire populated area.

The Russians are looking for people who cooperate with the Ukrainian Defense Forces and the SBU. In private communications with the population, employees of the Russian special services promise a large reward for information about the people they need.
According to Yuri Sobolevsky, despite the long occupation, the Russians were never able to suppress the resistance of the population. They are trying to build logistics routes to bypass populated areas, because they understand that a significant part of the locals are actively providing information to the Defense Forces about the movement of enemy units.
