In Poland, at the Dorogusk railway station, Ukrainian agricultural products were again spilled from a train car. This situation is happening for the third time.

Earlier, on February 20, Polish farmers near the Medika-Shegini checkpoint intensified their protest. So, they blocked the railway and spilled grain from a freight car on the track.

Again they damaged Ukrainian agricultural products

On the second anniversary of the full-scale Russian military invasion of Ukraine, today, February 24, unknown assailants damaged freight cars loaded with beans. This happened at approximately 9 am. This was reported by the Ministry of Reconstruction of Ukraine.

They emphasized that this is the third time that Ukrainian agricultural products have been damaged at the Polish railway station “Dorogusk”.

The Ministry of Reconstruction noted that such a systematic destruction of Ukrainian agricultural products is similar to planned sabotage.

Our country is defending itself and survives also thanks to farmers. So, those who committed these crimes are definitely not interested in the Ukrainian peace and the victory of the civilized world. We call on the law enforcement agencies of Poland to give an immediate response,” commented the Minister of Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Alexander Kubrakov.

According to the ministry, Ukrzaliznytsia appealed to the authorities for the third time law enforcement agencies of Poland.

Not the first case of spillage of Ukrainian agricultural products

  • It is known that on February 11, in front of Dorogusk, Polish farmers damaged several Ukrainian trucks and spilled grain from them. Participants in the blockade came up with grinders and cut the locks and compartments with them. Eyewitnesses noted that “from each self-propelled gun, at least, probably about three tons fell out.”
  • The situation repeated itself again on February 20. Then Polish farmers blocked the railway near the Medika-Shegini checkpoint and again poured Ukrainian grain out of the freight car.
  • Yesterday, February 23, unknown persons opened three Ukrainian grain trucks with rapeseed at the Dorogusk railway station in Poland. As a result of these actions, agricultural products spilled onto the ground.
