Two mines of Russian invaders were thrown onto the seashore in the Odessa region. Our specialists of the subversive team neutralized them.
Relevant information was made public in the Operational Command “South”. Enemy weapons washed ashore the day before.
Enemy mines were neutralized in the Odessa region
In the Odessa region, 2 enemy naval anchor mines were carried close to the coast by stormy weather, the specialists of the subversive team of the Naval Forces were neutralized, the command reported.
Added that they were seized and blown up in a safe place. That is how they were destroyed, and now the mines do not threaten civilians.

The mine was washed ashore on May 14
Maxim Marchenko, Head of the Odessa OVA, on May 14 reported that a storm had washed an enemy Russian mine ashore in Odessa.
Then people were urged to refrain from walking on the beach, because violation of the ban rules could have tragic consequences.
Since there is no other solution to neutralize it, our sappers decided to blow it up on the spot. The explosion is scheduled for tomorrow (it was said about May 15 – Channel 24), Marchenko said.
Then the politician advised citizens not to move along the beaches, because it could be life-threatening.
