Russia is massively looking for workers who will dig trenches in the Kursk region. For such work, Russian employers offer up to 4 thousand dollars.

Dozens of such vacancies are posted on Russian websites. However, the occupiers are in no hurry to disclose the conditions for “profitable earnings”. ~

The Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully continue to advance in the Kursk region as part of the operation. Since the enemy was not prepared for such a scenario, Russian construction companies are now massively looking for people who will build fortifications.

The occupiers are offering considerable sums for the work. In total, on Russian websites you can find at least 30 advertisements from various construction companies looking for workers in the Kursk region. For example, a construction company in Bashkortostan posted an ad on the Russian website Avito, claiming that it is ready to pay up to 371 thousand rubles (about 4 thousand dollars) to workers who will build trenches.

Among other things, the occupiers also promise three meals a day, all necessary tools, work clothes, and travel to the place of work at the company's expense.

However, employers are in no hurry to disclose the real working conditions and do not report how many workers they need.

In general, Russian companies offer from 150 thousand rubles (about 1600 dollars) for such work, and in the ads they only highlight in bold that workers are being sought “urgently”.
