Near Palanka, on the Odessa-Reni highway, the movement of male pedestrians aged 18 to 60 is prohibited. The exceptions are those who have legal grounds for traveling abroad.
Also, 500 meters from the state border, fishing, recreation, hunting and grazing, accumulation of cars and long standing on the roadsides are prohibited.
It is reported that the restrictions do not apply to the military, civil protection authorities, public utilities, truckers and workers ” ambulance”.
