According to DTEK Odessa Electric Networks, some repairs have already been completed. Due to this, in Odessa and the region, power outage schedules will be in effect after three days of blackout.
DTEK reported that On November 20 from 6:00 to 22:00 stabilization power outages will be in effect in the Odessa region.

The following power outage schedules will be in effect in the Odessa region:
- 1 group — There will be no electricity from 16:00 to 19:00;
- 2 group — There will be no electricity from 07:00 to 11:00;
- 3 group — There will be no electricity from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 18:00 to 22:00;
- 4 group — There will be no electricity from 12:00 to 14:00 and from 21:00 to 23:00;
- 5 group — there will be no electricity from 13:00 to 16:00;
- 6 group — There will be no electricity from 06:00 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00.
