The Russian military is systematically shelling the Kharkiv region. The occupiers even use shells filled with flashguns against the civilian population.
Photo evidence of the crimes of the Russian army was published by Kharkiv lawyer Oleg Golovkov. The footage shows metal rods in the shape of an arrow.
The settlement was shelled with flechettes (metal shrapnel in the shape of arrows). The use of such projectiles in densely populated areas is a violation of humanitarian law, Golovkov wrote.

Then the State Border Service said that the Russians opened fire on the Shostka region three times. They fired from the village of Tetkino in Russia. It is known that steel rods from Russian artillery shells damaged the buildings and property of local residents.
In addition, earlier forensic experts found shells with flashets in the bodies of killed residents of the Kyiv region.
