Akhtyrka heroically survived the occupation/Sumy Regional State Administration
In the Sumy region, Russians abducted a man from his home three weeks ago. It is still unknown where he was taken.
Occupiers abducted a 42-year-old man in Akhtyrka
The Akhtyrka District Prosecutor's Office opened a criminal proceeding on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war (part 1 of Art. 1 article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on March 20, 2022, at about 15:00, servicemen of the Russian armed forces entered the house of a resident of the village. Krinichnoye, Akhtyrsky district, Sumy region, and searched the housing. After that, using violence, they kidnapped the 42-year-old owner, the prosecutor's office said.
So far, law enforcement officers do not know anything about the whereabouts of the man.
Pre-trial investigation into criminal proceedings will be carried out by city investigators Trostyanets.
Recall that the territory of the Sumy region is completely liberated from Russian invaders. Unfortunately, the head of the Sumy OVA, Dmitry Zhivitsky, said that in the villages of the Akhtyrsky district, the bodies of residents who were tortured by the enemy are found.
