This was reported by the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada for Human Rights Lyudmila Denisova. Russia and the occupied Crimea have already announced spring conscription into the ranks of the Russian army, which will last from April 1 to July 15.

How the occupiers operate

According to Denisova, at the Sevastopol Shipbuilding College, at the “request” of the military commissar, the deadline for passing final exams was postponed to early June.

This was necessary in order to have time to call up graduates into the ranks of the Russian army. It should be noted that earlier, according to the schedule, the last day of exams was June 28.

A similar situation occurs in other educational institutions. In particular, in the Sevastopol Maritime College, the Sevastopol Professional Art College and the Sevastopol Industrial and Technological College named after Marshal of the Engineering Troops Gelovani.

These educational institutions also change the date of the last exam, – Denisova said.

The Commissioner has already applied to the UN Commission of Inquiry into human rights violations during the war in Ukraine with a request to take into account these war crimes.
