Deputy Minister of Energy Svetlana Grinchuk said that the Russian occupiers have changed the strategy of shelling Ukraine, focusing on attacks on energy infrastructure in industrial areas.
The enemy uses similar practices to reduce the opportunities of these regions for the development of industry and, as a consequence, the economy.

According to her, on February 15, as a result of the attack, substations of the energy system operator NEK Ukrenergo, as well as thermal generation facilities, were damaged.

February 15, during a rocket attack on Ukraine, explosions occurred in Kyiv, Lvov, Zaporozhye, and Dnieper. It was also loud in the Poltava, Khmelnytsky and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
In Khmelnitsk, as a result of attacks, damage to infrastructure and residential facilities was recorded.
Another infrastructure facility and several residential buildings were damaged in Zaporozhye.
The electrical substation in Lvov was also completely destroyed. The fire covered approximately 150 square meters. m, 29 rescuers using six pieces of equipment extinguished it for two hours.
