In August, Mariupol seemed to start to recover a little from the humanitarian crisis, but now everything is back. The city is again in a difficult humanitarian situation.
This Channel 24 was told by Advisor to the Mayor of Mariupol Petr Andryushchenko. He also added that there are big problems with bread in Mariupol – you can’t buy it, and even if it appears somewhere, there are very long lines.
Most Mariupol residents used to get food because of the various humanitarian aid – now it is not. The occupiers decided to distribute bread for free, but it is moldy, this is far from the first case, – says Andryushchenko.
According to him, there are the same long queues for fuel, it is very difficult to refuel a car in the city.

- people over 65 years old,
- persons with disabilities,
- as well as children under 3 years old.
