There has been a general military mobilization in Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, however, the heads of certain enterprises can reserve their employees from conscription. Actually, the Cabinet of Ministers has determined a new procedure for this procedure.
On January 27, Ukrainian officials made a lot of important decisions, in particular, on the ban on the travel of officials abroad and on the procedure for booking workers from mobilization. Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada Taras Melnychuk noted that the decision on the postponement will be made by the Ministry of Economy.

The high-ranking official stated that the government has approved the procedure and criteria for identifying enterprises, institutions and organizations that are essential for our economy to function stably.
It has been established that conscription for military service during mobilization, granted to those liable for military service by the decisions of the Ministry of Economy, are valid for the period for which they are granted,” wrote Melnichuk.
Note that his message does not talk about what kind of order for booking workers determined by officials. Obviously, the relevant document, in which everything is spelled out, will appear on the website of the Government Portal after a certain time.
