The future Trump administration in 2025 is ready to seat Putin at the negotiating table to end the war in Ukraine. However, on Tuesday, January 14, Russia stated that any negotiations should be conducted without the participation of other countries.

This position was expressed by Putin's henchman Nikolai Patrushev. This was reported by Channel 24 with reference to Russian media.

What Patrushev said about the negotiations between Russia and Ukraine

Patrushev is a member of the Security Council and an assistant to the Kremlin dictator.

Negotiations on Ukraine should be conducted between Russia and the United States without the participation of other Western countries … Moscow has nothing to talk about with either London or Brussels, the propaganda media quote Putin's ally.

In addition, Patrushev came up with another piece of nonsense – he did not rule out that in 2025 Ukraine “will cease to exist altogether.”

Recall that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov spoke about possible negotiations the day before. According to him, there are allegedly no preconditions for resuming negotiations with Ukraine.

He accused the Ukrainian side of refusing them because it has its own conditions, which Russia does not agree to.
