Before this, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that on February 23 at about 21:30 local time a drone was allegedly destroyed in the Belgorod region. An hour later, the UAV was detected and “leveled” in the Bryansk region.

Then, at about 23:15 local time, it was allegedly destroyed over the territory of the Tula region. The drone was allegedly destroyed by air defense. Subsequently, Russian air defense already at 00:15 on February 24, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense, destroyed 2 drones over the territories of the Tula and Kursk regions.

What were the consequences in Russian regions after the explosions

Governor of the Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz said that an aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicle was allegedly destroyed in the region at night. This allegedly happened over the Starodub municipal district.

According to Bogomaz, there seemed to be no casualties or damage as a result of the attack. The governor also said that operational services are working at the scene.

In addition, the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, also reported on the work of Russian air defense. He asked citizens to “remain calm.”

Governor Igor Artamonov also spoke about the explosions in the Lipetsk region at a metallurgical plant. He asked the citizens of the country -aggressor “do not panic and trust only official information.” According to him, on the night of February 24, all the region’s special services “were put on maximum alert.”
