Ukrainian intelligence reported that Russia intends to conduct another wave of mobilization in January 2023. The Russians will go to war because they simply do not know what resistance is, and the majority does not know about the real situation at the front.
Political strategist Mikhail Sheitelman announced this on the air of Channel 24 . He has no doubts that in the near future Russia will be mobilized.
Ukrainian intelligence reported that Russia was going in January 2023. mobilize up to 500 thousand people.
There will be no resistance
According to the political strategist, Russians experience complete predestination, learned helplessness. Even those who understand at least a little the specifics of the war, have seen footage of dead Russians from Bakhmut and other Ukrainian cities, are not ready to resist.
Sheitelman predicts a new wave of fugitives from Russia abroad. Those who left in September and returned back, they will have to flee again.
But there will be, perhaps, a million of them, all the rest, unfortunately, will resignedly go. Without desire, without enthusiasm, but they will go,” the speaker added.
Technical problems of the Russian army
Sheitelman noted that, despite the large-scale mobilization, the Russians have big technical problems. They will simply have nowhere to “shove” them. He recalled how during the mobilization of 300 thousand people, conscripts spent the night in the forest, in schools on the floor, etc.
So they were able to digest these 300 thousand, with difficulty, but they did. They stretched it out in time, they were not taken away in one day, but within about 1.5 months, – the political strategist noted.
The lack of power for 500 thousand mobilized will create a new logistical chaos, Sheitelman is convinced: “And this is good, imagine how they will sleep on beds in the forest in winter.”

How will the leadership of Russia
Sheitelman is convinced that the warning of the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov about the upcoming mobilization had little effect on the Russians. This appeal simply cannot reach the vast majority of the population.
Those who are put on buses like sheep and taken to war have no Internet, no YouTube, no way to find out who Reznikov is and where Ukraine is located. They have never even seen a map of the world,” the political strategist remarked ironically.
Now the main question is what the Russian leadership will do, the expert stressed. Their reaction can be completely unpredictable, as has happened more than once. They can close the borders, Sheitelman suggested, but he doubts they will.
“They have so many of these sheep in the provinces. They don’t really need those people who are trying to escape on scooters to Kazakhstan. It’s easier for them to let millions escape quietly and take all the rest than to try to catch those who decided to run away,” he said. expert.
He suggested that in the later stages of the war, when the Russians might need 10 million mobilized already, then everyone would count as long as they worked the coarse grid.
There will be no survivors from the September mobilization
Sheitelman recalled that when the Russians mobilized the first 300 thousand people, they were destroyed at a frantic pace. The record number of losses was in November and December – about 16 and 17 thousand invaders. If you add the wounded here, you can see that all this call has dried up in the dead and wounded.
Until March, of these 300,000, not a single living or wounded will remain. Although the partially wounded are returning to duty, these people are already not quite healthy,” the political strategist noted.

- Propagandists have already been banned from talking about mobilization on television, because Russian society is not very fond of this topic.
- Estonian intelligence reported that after Christmas, Russia will begin a second wave of mobilization.
