Ukraine appealed to the international community to increase pressure on North Korea after the attempted launch of a reconnaissance satellite.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that Ukraine is deeply concerned about another attempt by the DPRK to launch a launch vehicle with a reconnaissance satellite on board.
— We strongly condemn Pyongyang's repeated violations of international law and relevant UN Security Council resolutions, — the statement said.
Such actions, like the North Korean regime providing military assistance to Russia in a full-scale war against Ukraine, result in a significant deterioration of the security situation in the region and the world, the Foreign Ministry believes.
