North Korea passes law officially allowing the use of nuclear weapons

While discussions about Russian nuclear blackmail continue, North Korea has passed a law allowing the use of nuclear weapons. We are talking about the use “in the event of a threat.”

Also, the adopted law provides for a ban on negotiations on the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons.
