Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that none of the US Patriot air defense systems were disabled during the latest massive attacks.
Zelensky said that not a single Patriot was destroyed
According to him, the information circulated in some media about damage or destruction of these installations is not true.
“As a result of the latest massive strikes, not a single Petriot system was destroyed or damaged. What was in the media does not correspond to reality,” the head of state emphasized.
Zelensky also reported on the increased effectiveness of mobile fire teams, which are already shooting down about a third of Shahed-type kamikaze attack drones.

Ukrainian manufacturers are actively involved in defense – there are already four companies in the country producing interceptors, two of which are demonstrating very successful results.
— We have started using interceptors. You should know that we have been working on this issue for a long time. Four companies in Ukraine produce these products. Of the four companies, two are very successful. Today, during the attack, dozens of Russian drones were shot down by interceptors. We are no longer talking about a few. We understand that this is our tool and it definitely works, — Zelensky added.
The President added that Ukraine's defense industry is picking up speed despite the challenges. Record volumes of weapons have been contracted.
— We agreed with Merz, with Germany. They will finance. I am grateful for that. I also agreed at the G7 summit, with Carney, the Prime Minister of Canada. He also allocated money there. We went — it was 2 billion dollars. We agreed with him — he increased it to 4. And we need a little time for this to be mass produced, — he noted.
Let us recall that on the night of June 21, the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine with 280 air attack weapons, 260 of which were neutralized by air defense forces.
