During a full-scale war, people continue to live and enjoy every moment. However, there is something that should not be done.
Because some actions have a negative impact on the psyche of the population. In particular, in Kyiv they decided to strengthen the observance of the regime of silence. This was reported by the Kyiv city military administration.
Silence has been strengthened in Kyiv
A separate order on observing the regime of silence in Kyiv was issued by the head of the Kyiv city military administration Nikolai Zhirnov. It suggests the absence of fireworks and noisy music.
The prohibition of spectacles using pyrotechnic products in the capital, as well as loud singing, broadcasting entertaining music using sound reproducing equipment, and using other loud-speaking installations, the document says.
In the context of Russia's full-scale armed aggression on the territory of Ukraine and expectations of missile strikes, non-compliance with the regime of silence negatively affects the psycho-emotional state of the inhabitants of Kyiv.

Launched in Lviv fireworks in the middle of the night
Ukrainians throughout the territory of our state are afraid of every rustle and startle at the sounds of sirens and explosions. However, there are a lot of smart people, for example, on June 11 in Lvov someone thought of launching fireworks into the sky at night.
The incident took place near Vyacheslav Chornovil Avenue. The sounds were heard around 3 am. So far, the faces have not been identified.
Recall that similar incidents during martial law happened in Odessa, Chernivtsi and Kyiv. The identity of the Chernivtsi and Odessa “jokers” was established – the law enforcement officers handed the summons to a resident of Chernivtsi.
Please note: in Ukraine there is a law on administrative offenses, which provides for liability for violating the order of production, storage, transportation, trade and use of fireworks – fine from 595 to 1020 hryvnia . In addition, there is liability for violation of legislative acts on the protection of the population from the harmful effects of noise and the rules for maintaining silence in settlements – a fine of 85 to 255 hryvnia .
